Perchance Story AI provides a platform that allows users to generate unique, AI-powered illustrated storybooks. Users purchase credits, which are then redeemed to create stories based on user-provided parameters, including character images, themes, and styles. The final output is a digital storybook.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. You may purchase credits through our website, with payments processed by our third-party provider, Whop. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership of any original content you upload to our service, such as character photographs ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt that content solely for the purpose of generating the storybook for you.

Generated Content: You, the user, are the owner of the copyright for the final, generated storybook (both text and images) created through our service ("Generated Content"). You are free to use this Generated Content for any personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not use the Generated Content for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling the storybooks) without obtaining express written permission from us.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you provide. Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

As a user, you agree not to upload or generate any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity in a non-artistic context.
• Promotes illegal acts or is otherwise unlawful.
• Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous.
• Contains hate speech, is discriminatory, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
• Is harassing, threatening, or constitutes bullying.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the service's integrity.
